SeRaMCo promotes a transition to a more "Circular value chain" in which CDW is processed and transformed into a resource to produce new cement and concrete destinated to the production of Concrete Precast Products. The value of the material is then kept and enhanced by giving it a new life.

In the Circular Value Chain, CDW is first collected and sorted. It then goes through high-quality recycling thanks to state-of-the-art technology. The result of this process is high-quality recycled cement, aggregates and sand, which will be used to prepare individual concrete mixes. The CPPs manufactured are sold and used in construction activities. When demolished, they should once again be injected into the construction value chain and used as a resource for new projects.
